Under his wings
Under His Wings is a Christ-centered residential home for troubled girls under 19. We offer counseling for the child and family, educational support, and the opportunity to feel safe in a loving home-like environment. Our program ensures each girl experiences:
An on-site school with accredited curriculum, individualized education plans, certified teachers and experienced tutors.
House parents who provide a structured and loving home life while teaching accountability, gratitude, and respect.
Christian counseling for both girls and their families.
Instruction in life skills and creative opportunities to restore confidence.
Opportunities to help others in need through service projects and volunteering.
Alongside Ministries – Matt and Katie Riley
Alongside is an international fellowship of Christians working together to strengthen the Church and advance the Gospel worldwide. Our purpose is to encourage and empower Christian leaders and churches through an international network of prayer, partnership, and practical help.
The Rileys serve alongside The French Reformed Church at the invitation of l’Eglise Protestante Unie de France. In September, 2016 they moved to Pontivy, France, to initiate a church-planting project which endeavors to make disciples and establish churches across Brittany. They reach out to the estimated 92% of the French population who do not follow Jesus, desiring to see God raise up leaders “from the harvest for the harvest!”
Dwell Mobile
Dwell Mobile provides resettled refugee families practical support in their new life, meaningful relationships with new neighbors and opportunities to develop a better future.
Ecumenical Ministries
Ecumenical Ministries is a non-denominational, comprehensive social service agency providing aid to low-income families and individuals in Baldwin County, Alabama for more than 50 years. We address the urgent financial and material needs of our clients and provide a hopeful path to self-sufficiency and long-term economic stability.
Family Promise
Our mission is to provide temporary shelter, transitional housing, related services and nurturing support to families with children experiencing homelessness and to assist them with obtaining suitable and permanent housing.
Konbit Haiti
We are a group of Haitian, Christian community development practitioners and global partners who are working to help holistically develop families and communities in Haiti.
Through the many complications and violence seen over the last few years in Haiti, our leadership and team remains faithful to this goal: to see communities empowered, families lifted up, and children cared for in caring and loving places.
Shepherd’s Place
Our mission is to provide respite for caregivers of adults with Alzheimer's, Dementia, Parkinson's, Stroke or Traumatic Brain Injury by providing a safe, nurturing, fun environment for their loved one. We provide a variety of programs that will stimulate the mind, energize the body, enhance social connectedness and build self-esteem.
Ruff Wilson Youth Center
A local after school program providing students with tutoring, character building life lessons, field trips and recreational activities.
Young Life Eastern Shore
Inviting young people to experience life to the fullest. Club meetings, youth camps, small group activities make up just part of what we do to reach youth on the Eastern Shore with the love of Christ.
Gary and Michele Gallina – Commission to Every Nation
Gary and Michele serve together as Pastoral Care couple to minister to the emotional, spiritual, and mental well-being of CTEN missionary families serving in Central and South America and in Southeastern Europe.
Due to their 19 years of experience serving as missionaries in the challenging Balkan lands of Kosovo, Macedonia and Albania, they recognize the need to come alongside missionaries. They believe that quality Pastoral Care can make a huge impact in the length and effectiveness of missionary service and reduce missionary attrition.
Pioneers
We support a missionary family in a sensitive area of the world through this organization. We cannot make their names public due to the area where they serve. As we pray, please remember the unreached people groups in areas like this. The light of the gospel is reaching into these hard areas!
Alabama Free Clinic
These compassionate volunteers are experienced medical professionals who donate their time to help those in need. Volunteer physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, medical assistants, and clerks, meet three days a week to serve those without medical insurance and cannot afford the rising cost of healthcare.
Prodisee Pantry
Our mission is simply based on the Scripture, “I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me.” (Matthew 25:35)
Families facing tough financial times are provided with food and information on additional support provided by our community partners. As a faith-based organization, the goal for Prodisee Pantry and the desire of its volunteer staff is to ease the hunger pains of Baldwin County residents in need. Prodisee Pantry also provides the community and local churches with a valuable outreach service ministry of faith and love.
Anglican frontier Mission
AFM is a missionary society that sends missionaries to plant indigenous churches among the largest and least evangelized peoples in the world. Although 67 generations of Christians have lived and died since Jesus' resurrection, more than 7,000 ethno-linguistic people groups comprising 3 billion people are still unreached with the gospel. This Unseen 1/3rd of the world has little-to-no geographic and/or cultural access to the gospel. AFM works alongside churches, mobilizing them to send short- and long-term missionaries to do pioneer, frontier missions in areas where a viable and visible church still does not exist.
Trinity on the border
Trinity on the Border works with immigrants in the Harlingen, TX region through partnerships with other immigration services, free clinics, schools, and by having an Anglican Church present in the area.
